That's probably the standard reply they send out before they send out the shipping e-mail, which is individual. As for the couple of weeks delay, I wouldn't worry too much, it looks as though this was a standard reply e-mail typed up before Nokia could guarantee any sort of shipping and they just can't be bothered to change it.

I'm still waiting, with fingers crossed, for my shipping e-mail. I've so far received all the e-mails and the text and have had good comms both by e-mail and phone with Nielsen.

Hi there, Your not alone pal, im with you on this one, i only recieved a text aswell saying they have been dispatched, but no other response from them, guess we shall just have to wait! :j

I'm in the same boat. I was hoping to have my shipping email and/or text waiting for me when I woke but unfortunately not.
Hopefully we should receive it today though:j

I didn't get my shipping email or text either. I'm thinking we will get them either Tuesday or wednesday.

Same here , only confirmation email in August and the SMS.
I did not give my phone number when confirming the address by email, but received the SMS. This shows that they have our records( from regsitration time) in place and have a updated database. So...... I guess I will still get the phone, even if I don't get the shipment email.
Am, I correct to assume that the last email saying it was shipped, is sent to the eager-beavers who have been nagging Nielson for past few weeks ??:p

All I have ever had is the SMS apart from that the only confirmation I got was when I phoned Neilson to ask if I rearly was on the N8 program, there communication is not great!!

Not sure if this is the case Lazy Tiger as I've been nagging them as well and not had the email yet:(

DHL have just tried to deliver my phone!!!!!!! No one at home (!!!!!!) so will collect it tonight from their depot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
