if thats your view fine! remember im not the one robbing people and trying to wriggle there way out of it am i, i will go see him and as i said it aint no threat i want whats mine , im only wanting what everyone else would want, emailing and going through the proper channels was my first option which i found got me abused on here now i have every right in the world to be !!!!ed off wouldnt you!, all i meant by face to face is he will not be as dammn orkward as he is on here, you know for a fact 99% of people will fall out all day long on stupid forums but when faced with the other person they will do anything to resolve the issue, tell me im wrong, i am not! if you read my posts it clearly states this is not a threat!, i am the type of person that will go and sort out my issues in person wherever possible as its a dammn site easier,. i admit i do sound a bit of a bully but thats so far from the truth, i could be no problem but i aint like that,. i play by the rules if others dont i have a right to be annoyed as does everyone else. by the way the police wont do didly !!!! as i have not threatend to harm anyone or commit any unlawfull act so keep you silly antics to those who commit crimes like the day light robber who has fleeced me,. end of the day i want what i am owed, its a small amount but it is the principle of the matter,.

He offered you a refund.

You refused.

When you say you will see someone face to face and state how heavy you are, how tall you are and what size you are, that IS a threat.

Calm down, send it back, get a refund and forget about the whole thing.

You're welcome to return it in person if you like, but I won't refund in cash (this is for my own protection). The refund will come through Paypal as ebay's procedures demand (otherwise, I've no proof that I've refunded you - remember this has to be 'online' proof).

I'd be interested to know what you intend to do about redressing the balance though? You've called me a liar, a thief and a smug idiot. You claim you intend to start legal proceedings against me and have tried to get me banned from ebay.

lol this is too funny, to be honest op i'd just refund the unhappy buyer my time is more important than messing about with someone who wants to sort things face to face. I'm not saying the buyer is right here just that some thing aint worth the grief.

The buyer is incensed because his 't-shirt' purchase gained him the tag 'the biggest gay in the village' when he showed up at his local in it. :rotfl: In all seriousness though it amazes me how something of such little value can cause so much fuss and it's what generally keeps me away from Ebay.

Am I the only person sitting here totally amazed that people are actually allowed to sell British Army kit on Ebay. Even if it is surplus kit, or kit left over at the end of service, surely the most honourable thing would be to return it to stores?

And the most cost effective too, unopened kit should be collected in and re used.

I assume you've heard of army and navy stores, surplus etc. Do they not amaze you/
