Really, who is crying out for the kit?
And the buyer is an idiot

What confuses me is, do you have two usernames on this forum or did you copy this other guy's listings even though people on the other thread said most of the text needed to go?:

I copied much of the listings quite a long time ago. Seemed a good tone to use.0

But I'm not about to start funding idiots. He obviously still hasn't cottoned that he won't get his return postage back.
That is unless he opens a INR claim.0 -
As above, the FB the buyer left makes him out to be a lunatic with all the capital letters.
Although your auction has no photo, if he was confused about the item, he could have asked! A vest means anything that goes on skin layer. I have sleeveless, tshirt and long sleeved vests (I don't like the cold!).
It is an assumption to assume that vest means sleeveless. Perhaps he's been watching a little too much of Rab C Nesbitt?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Oh, this really is too funny.
An INR claim? After all his ranting about the item not being as described?
Unhappy ebayer, you obviously have difficulty understanding simple concepts.
As I've told you and posters on here have explained, even if you win the case, you will be required to return the item to me using a tracked method, I will be required to refund your purchase price and original postage - NOT your return postage.
To be honest, if I'd agreed with you, I'd have let you keep the item and refunded you, but the fact that you threatened a negative, and then posted one using defamatory language - and then continued to abuse me, means I'm not inclined to give you anything I don't have to.
In the meantime, let's allow ebay to judge the case.0 -
I think at times like this you see true customer service (doesn't matter if you are a private seller or not in my book). Just because feedback has been left (pos or neg) is no reason to reliquish your responsibilities as a seller.0

it wont be long before you a banned from ebay now, you have no right to post links to any sales on public forums, after a riviting chat with the customer care people you are now being invetigated for fraud ie buisness selling, better save up for your new tax bill!, also legal action will be taken for exposing private messages and my user id on public forums,. you are really one great big melon head arnt you, army days are over get used to it pal. whats up cant you handle civi street you baulchy p***k. just to let you know very soon i will have your adress and i will be returning this vest in person pal, not a threat i will bring it myself so you cant deny recieving it,. on a polite note check out the sizes of the lacoste tops i buy , 54" chest pal 6ft4" tall , cant wait to see you.[/QUOTE]
You really are an entertaining chap
Your comprehension of simple details are up there with your ability to write a coherent sentence.
I say again (and I'll try to keep the words short for you
)
I do not buy to sell - therefore not a business - OK?
You should already have my address on your invoice - OK?
You are welcome to return it in person, but you may have difficulty providing online tracking if you do - OK?
Your fashion sense really doesn't interest me - OK?0
