I think at times like this you see true customer service (doesn't matter if you are a private seller or not in my book). Just because feedback has been left (pos or neg) is no reason to reliquish your responsibilities as a seller.

I am not relinquishing any responsibilities. Should ebay decide in his favour, he will receive his purchase price and original postage.

Oh, this really is too funny.

An INR claim? After all his ranting about the item not being as described?

Unhappy ebayer, you obviously have difficulty understanding simple concepts.

As I've told you and posters on here have explained, even if you win the case, you will be required to return the item to me using a tracked method, I will be required to refund your purchase price and original postage - NOT your return postage.

it wont be long before you a banned from ebay now, you have no right to post links to any sales on public forums, after a riviting chat with the customer care people you are now being invetigated for fraud ie buisness selling, better save up for your new tax bill!, also legal action will be taken for exposing private messages and my user id on public forums,. you are really one great big melon head arnt you, army days are over get used to it pal. whats up cant you handle civi street you baulchy p***k. just to let you know very soon i will have your adress and i will be returning this vest in person pal, not a threat i will bring it myself so you cant deny recieving it,. on a polite note check out the sizes of the lacoste tops i buy , 54" chest pal 6ft4" tall , cant wait to see you.

You come across as a quite nasty person in your last couple of posts

This may be the Ebay rule, because you are listed as a private seller you do not have to show your returns postage policy. However, as I said in my post, this type of situation is where you see how good customer service is.

If you had posted here with a resounding 'you are in the right', I may be inclined to agree the buyer is TSFE, but you haven't. It isn't even balanced. Most agree your item was 'not adequately described'. Therefore IMHO you should refund the full price plus the returns postage. I appreciate you may disagree, but this brings me back to my point. It is times like this, you see true customer service.

very sorry but when you get ripped off by a smug idiot you tend to lose your temper a little, also i do not like the idea he has posted it all on here, clearly you can see the sort of person he is and i know it does not excuse my previous posts but i like to be treated as i treat others and that is usually with respect, im 6ft 4" tall and 19stone and spent most evenings in the gym which if i wanted to i could be a complete pig headed person and do what i want without caring but i dont, as i do treat people as i would like to be treated,
anyway im through with this site as it is really starting anger me know , i will deal with this my way, face to face , he may then do the right thing,.

Right bully boy, I've reported you to the Police for the threats made against Harry. And they will find you as they can ask Harry or Ebay for your address.

    See how pathetic that sounds?

Grow up ~ who cares what you look like or how much you weigh.

"I'll see him face to face"...

Do you know how immature that is?

You are coming across as a fully fledged plank.

You're right - this has got a little out of hand. Best to leave it I think.
