Dualit toasters are always silly prices. Looks like the 'non-Marmite' equivalent is the same price:

Mind you, first time I've ever seen a toaster specify 'Output per hour'!

Am I right in thinking it is a by-product of the brewing industry ? I've always assumed that was why it is made in Burton - but I may be totally wrong about the whole thing.

Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

    And me toooo!!!

As Marmite has lots of B vitamins in it...whenever I have chapped lips I have half a tea spoon of it and then within a matter of days my lips are better ;)

(I am a Marmite lover though, and i don't actually think that haters would appreciate this idea!)

  • Does anyone else like to wash marmite on toast down with a cold glass of milk? I love the combination!
