Hi wideload
I'm sorry you've been having problems with your monitor. Must admit, I've not come across your particular difficulty before but, then, I'm no techy.
If you're still having this problem, I'd have a word with our help desk and see what they say. Contact details are in the info pack provided with the monitor.

You should put the claw on the wire which comes from the Meter into the fuse box,it should have a red tag (live)on it where it comes from the meter.
Mine flashes ever 5 second which means ( i think ) that it is set up right and transmitting to the display.0 -

i was just looking at the box outside my flat should it be these cables and not the ones inside my flat??My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -
Attach it below the meter where the cables exit to your CU.
But if your meter is in an external meter box, then possibly the solid wall is preventing the receiver from picking up the signal?
If so, try putting it on the same cable on the inside wall where it enters the house on it's way to your CU.
You won't get a reading until the transmitter has synched to the display unit.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
