Well, I did it! I did wait till the rain was bit more reasonable and whilst out running, it stopped. Another easy 3.6miles under the belt and feeling so much better for it.
Computer was having a hizzy fit so couldn't record it last night.
Got my application done as well.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Too hot but yet another 3.6miles done. Bit of breeze thankfully and some shade but especially heading back home it was just so warm!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

I didn't run yesterday but walked for over an hour
Only ran 2 miles this morning, but this was also after walking for an hour, so not so badCan't wait until I have built up to 6 miles again...I found that the perfect work out.
How is everyone else doing? cw how is your chest? Still having problems?
Well done for getting out there tirlittan - I used to run in the afternoon or evening, but kept putting it off, so have made myself book it in in the mornings to get it out of the way (at least until I look forward to it againIt's too hard to look forward to at the moment!)

I have to go out straight after work, otherwise I won't do it. Mornings are no go, I start work at 7.30am and won't get up before I absolutely have to. Not good at weekends either as usually we do a lot of other outdoorsy stuff with bf. Will want to get back doing park run occasionally though.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

Ok, went for an ever so slightly longer run today as fancied a bit of change - so 3.8miles instead of 3.6.
Felt quite strong in the middle and at the end and I think that's because I started slower. Not really worried about the time I take at the moment, just want to get fitter and enjoy it. 3/4 done so far this week.

No more running done for me this week....was planning on doing a run every day, but just can't find the time at the moment. I will try again next week! Yesterday I was too tired (even first thing in the morning!) and today I had to go straight out as I promised my DM I would take her into town....
Anyway, tomorrow is another dayI will definitely be able to get one in on Saturday and one on Sunday.
tirlittan - sounds like you are doing well and getting stronger! Great news xBe the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi

Hey LittleMissHappy - I think you're doing really well.
I felt good when I started running today so decided to do a 'LSR';well, it wasn't long, 4.6mi but it was slow, nearly 51mins. But it felt good and am pleased. Feeling stronger after each run and am going to keep to my base training and just get some miles in. Done for the week now, weekend is for other stuff. Going surfing tomorrow hopefully.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Run after softball training. 4.6miles in 51:17. I felt strong and though I might of been quicker but the time is fine. Very pleased with my progress and really enjoying the running. Especially if it's cool and there's a bit of rain.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

Plan was to get running this morning, but had a bizarre funny turn first thing which shook me up a bit, then almost fainted this afternoon.....I'm a bit stressed at the moment and it was really hot here today (East England), so I'm putting it down to that, but I still didn't want to risk going for a run, so it's been put off until tomorrow! Walked for over an hour though (in dribs and drabs!)...
tirlittan - I can't wait until I am back running 50-60 mins and just feeling great doing it!Be the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi
