Cinema in Cardiff was only about 10% full, how was it at yours hypno?DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

It was about a third full - enough there to make it worthwhile. We got free popcorn, did you? Bonus :rotfl:
The satellite link up afterwards was a bit hit and miss, but the lady in front of me got her question answered so she was ecstatic!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Yes, free popcorn was nice suprise though I don't really like the sweet variety.
Satellite link didn't work at all for us,well we saw him but couldn't hear which was bit annoying, but maybe it'll be on youtube later on. I like it when the cinema isn't jam packed but hopefully it doesn't mean they'll take Cardiff off their locations list.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
I managed to drag myself out for a run at 6.30am before work this morning. Ran 3 miles and boy was it hard work after 3 weeks off
Life was full of work stress, assignment stress and deadline then a nasty cold for the last 2 weekends - got so fed up of not running that I thought get up and go in the morning like you used to. So I did and even though it was hard work, probably due to me not having anything to eat before and since last nights tea and I felt a little like I was running on empty, I did peg it down a downhill section which was good fun!
Felt a little panicked by the thought of the 10k in 2 weekends time so I came up with a plan to run tomorrow and sunday then tues-thurs sat and sun for next week then I'll review for the following weekfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Good luck with the training hypno, but ease off for the last two weeks, as you wont get any fitness benefit, but you will benefit from being fresher on the day, also avoids injury.
nice to see you bagpuss...i remember you from before, its good to see some of us are still out there.
Reading half for me tomorrow, can I break that 2 hours!
Good luck to one and all....look at that sun !!
p.s. change sun for rain/snow depending on location:cool::cool::cool:Sealed Pot Challenge 2013: No 1898

Sorry you didn't meet your goal mascott - there is always a next time!
I never got under 2:04 for a half, one day I will work properly at it and make that sub 2 my goal!
Still no running for me - my cold is moving through - and I am giving it another couple of days in the hope that it doesn't hang about on my chest......then trainers on for a couple of weeks of hard work before easing off.
My training certainly hasn't gone according to plan, but I should still make a good attempt at getting round those 26.2 miles next month!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. My training is not going well at the moment either
Right leg and foot is a bit uncomfortable, struggling to manage a 5k for some reason when I could do 10k no problem 3 weeks ago
Think I need to eat some more carby foods for energy as I feel I'm running on empty for the last 2 runs plus the after effect of the cold hasn't helped much either
The 10K race is less than 2 weeks away now and I am dreading how I will get on due to this when 3 weeks ago it was achievable and do able so its running night off tonight and then will run again tomorrow night with a gentle 5k to get back in the groove againfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
My first run (or shall I say runnett) for about five weeks now. Felt glorious and the weather helped; blue sky, sunshine...Little Boy running with me.
And I could breath - so running is back on the agenda big time. OH has already mentioned several times I should start - life is much less stressful for him when I do.

welcome back to it FW!!
I have been out for a very easy 40 mins - not coughing too much so hoping all will be ok. If so, I will be back on track by the weekend, I am sure!
Quite enjoyed it - beautiful still eveningSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
