Well done everyone - I did 7.5 miles yesterday morning. Have a half marathon to do on Sunday, so will be keeping the runs short and steady before then (mind you, I never do anything other than steady on any run!!).

Have a good week all, and welcome to the fold, El!

Still no running for me but did a 15k kayaking on Saturday against wind and rain. Must count for something. ;) Was good fun though.

I just caved in and ordered that Shred DVD - it had better be good to keep me motivated! Otherwise I have a funny feeling it will end up in the drawer with all the rest

Wanted to give it a go as you lot all raved about it and it had brill reviews too - fingers crossed its good!

Hot again here in Sofia but I had my last run here (for sometime at least). Went through the forest again and did about 4.5 miles. Ended on the playground where I do my circuits. There was a group of young people there. So I start jumping about and doing press ups and pull ups and the works and they started laughing at me - well they were mid teens and I looked like this oversized, overaged woman trying stuff. By the forth repetition and the 80th press up they stopped laughing but started showing some respect - yo dog! Felt good.
