OK! Today I managed to run for about 35 min. in which time I did slightly over 3 miles. Does not sound much but try running it in 33C - I have to learn to cope with heat but...
Today I passed some fasgion shops in this place - highly smackable but not sure whether it is the shops or me. Most outfits are so small that I suspect the waist will feel confortable around my arm (well, only a slight exaggeration). Time for dramatic measures, I think.
What is 'shred' and who does it to me?

I watched the level one of the shred and thought that it doesn't look that bad - OMG!!!! The strenght sessions are completely killing me. I can pretty much cope with all the other stuff. Upwards and onwards, just need to figure out how and when I can start running again. Sooo much easier :rotfl:
Firewalker - put "30 day shred" into search box in Amazon"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
