    Hey guys, good running from everyone.
    I've been too busy flat hunting to get any running done,but found a place now,moving in with my bf and hopefully get back into running next week,although we need to pack next week as moving before 1st, hopefully and busy on bank holiday weekend and then off to North Wales for the first week in Sept. Will be busy busy.

    Not exactly sure evab. Bf grew up somewhere in North Wales so that's where we're heading,wherever that is. :) Not ever really been to North Wales so looking forward to it. Lots of walking and mountain biking promised!

    Hi there,

    the temperature here is down (to about 27C) and life is getting pleasant. Today did about 5.5 miles and it was atterely glorious. Ran in the middle of a capital city but I could have been in a nice far away forest. Ran through little paths where the ground was soft and springy like high quality velvet. Felt magical - tomorrow will do a repeat but with circuits.

    I managed 9 miles this morning. Really enjoyed it, nice and sunny with a gentle breeze. Aiming to do at least 3 more runs this week. 4
