    Good morning!

Yep, I've been at my desk at 6.30 a few mornings this week Pania, so I sympathise :(

I woke up this morning got into my running gear and my 2 DD's heard me and started crying when I said I was going for a run :o They are 4 and 6 and often don't get to see me on a morning, so the guilt kicked in and I'm ashamed to say I didn't go :o:o:o

Off to a good start then! :rotfl: Have a good day everyone :)

I overslept this morning...but still managed 2 miles on the treadmill at a faster speed than I thought I'd be able to do, feel very sweaty but good now. Morning running definitely the way forward

Two miles for me this morning, didn't have time for the extra one mile loop as I was late as it was. Was feeling really good today which is great considering that I did a long run yesterday. :j(got a cinnamon bun for my elevenses :p)

Lurks - when is your next 10k race? :)

    Evening all

Just managed my first 28 minute run with no walking! I covered nearly 3 miles as well.

Can't believe it as I couldn't even run a minute in January. Been using the Get Running app for the iPhone. (so glad I swapped the (unused) gym membership for the phone contract. i'm getting so much more out of it.

Laughing now that two of my goals are 10k - both running and debt killing!

Well done on the run and on the goals - 10K is good. A small comment about the gym - you probably don't need the gym but to stay healthy and injury free you need to do stregth training. Press ups, squats and pull ups do the trick - many of them.

Today it was speed for me - I do like my marathons hilly but I really don't like speed. But it has to be done - managed about 40 min doing intervals and drills. Several times had to raise my arms to heaven and say to myself - you are a powerful running woman and have loads of speed. Not sure whether it helped but got some really funny looks from dog walking people.

I'm heading out for a 10k trail race this morning. I stubbed my little toe yesterday - really thought I'd broken it as I saw stars and the pain was excruciating :o I was limping about all day, so thought the race would be off.
It now resembles a black grape, but feels much better this morning so off I go! :j

My PB for 10k is 57.23, but the last time I did this it was 67 something - as it's cross country, so I'm really hoping to beat that today.
Will report back later - have a good day everyone!
