Hi guys,
today was the day for running and circuits. So spend about 70 min in the gym - running is OO except that my heal hurts a bit. It only hurts till I worm up but I probably need to get it checked, or at least massaged. Has anyone had this?
Circuits are my Golgotha - but done and dusted till Saturday.

Like the idea of a virtual run buddy though, don't have anyone to run with here as everyone is faster than me.
i am a plodder too. very much so. the running club i went to started saying "you cant run wth us, your not fast enough!" was like proper being back at school again.... now i've picked the pace up a bit they would be sorry! ha!debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0
