Betty - maybe you need to think about having 5 or 6 smaller meals aday at more regular intervals
Victory: I often wear purple wiht orange: it's scrummy:D
Get what you mean though about clothes - I decided a few yrs ago to spend more on just a few things and it works for me.
My mum came out of hospital on Friday and is coping really well. BB is well happy.
I'm still poorly though - just been signed off for another 2 weeks which mean no pay for 5 weeks:(. BUt.. I squirrel money away though the years in case this happens so I'll be ok, it just depletes money for 'extras'. Still, more importantly, I just need to get better.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

I agree, I need to encorporate 5-6 small meals into SW though, which makes it quite tricky. usually the small meals in between main meals (ie lunch) end up as a few bits of fruit, which really isn't enough. I feel like I need to re-think my plan altogether and forget what i know about 'dieting' if you know what i mean.
Glad to hear your mum is better. but sorry you are still poorly. Good job you have some money saved for such a 'rainy day' - wishing you a speedy recovery:grouphug: (still think that this 'group hug' smiley looks weirdly kinky! LOL)

Blimey theres been a lot going on since I was last online!! (both on here and at home) The trips to hospital are about copeable, I am at least getting some exercise walking to the far end of the hospital to get a decent cup of coffee. Most folk around me are wishing the summer away to get their kids back to school, I am wanting it to slow down, coz on the day the kids go back we find out if the treatment is working, if they are going to continue treatment. So although we want to know it's working it's hugely scary to think they would stop the meds if it's not. It's not doing my eating much good either, I have found I am just not hungry. I ate a bar of chocolate the other day, I got half way through it to find I wasn't even enjoying it, I had a bit of a lightbulb moment and fed it to DD instead, she needs the calories!!
HUGE congratulations to Eric for getting to 10st loss, how amazing!!
Glad you have survived cakegate Pudding, I had a similar incident with jamaican (*sp) ginger cake, they were 2 for a quid... I am fairly sure I wasn't supposed to eat both of them in one sitting though, followed by 2 bread rolls, gawd I hate the tail off, after migraines, I crave carbs something rotten.
I will be rejoining the weigh in tomorrow to see what the damage is!!
I think I need a more focused plan of some kind, ideas please folks...You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0 -
