Apart from tandoori chicken, what healthy options are there at a takeaway? possibly noodles at a chinese do you think? I cant seem to think of a single one for an Italian meal?

I usually go for a tandoori mixed grill in Indian restaurants - no rice and no creamy sauces, just grilled meat, very filling and usually a salad on the side. For chinese I usually have king prawn chow mein, just prawns & soft noodles (if I remember by WW correctly only about 4-5 points) or a mixed veggie dish tho I agree with mazza the msg makes me feel lousy for days afterwards. For italian I go for some kind of grilled chicken dish with a salad (ask them to leave out any creamy sauces, or serve it on the side so you can control how much you eat), or a pasta with a tomato-based sauce. HTH. :D

had a very naughty weekend here, which included crisps and chocolate. Guess I was in need of something else and replaced it with food :)

Get back on track by tomorrow. Did do well with the fruit n veg tho, so hopefully that will make up for the crisps n chocolate :)

Such a shame life is full of numbers, weighed....strangely enough and yes did it twice a 4.5lb gain fro 3 weeks hols, now that is not bad see as I can put on 1lb a day and have done, so that takes me up another dress size, all clothes bagged for the nspcc, son up a size also, waist not fit anything, car boot sale clothes no, cubs trousers no, the list goes on, went to primark and managed to get him one pair that fitted the waist out of all that was there, lots of tops but had to go up a year or 2 but the waist is a problem.

So, all in all have put on 11.5lb, having a huge party on sat to go to for my SIL 6oth and they will all notice and all comment and all whisper that they knew I was not always going to be slim, that they knew I would put the weight back on etc

Wednesday is my first arthritic injection, decided from there to go to bluewater and buy some long boots, have wide feet and a bunion so not always easy to get them to fit, rely heavily on clarks but no nice one there this year so M&S do wide but nothing special....

Lost £51 from ebay postal order sent for a phone for OH anniversary present, she cashed it, it never arrived, opened a claim/case, ebay closed it and awarded it to the seller the final decision:eek::mad: opened an appeal sending proof of postage etc and they still say no:eek:
