blew it last night, tandoori mixed grill, plain rice, 2 popadoms and an onion bahji ...
no breakfast and lunch for me and 2 hours on the treadmill as punishment ...0 -
Eric - if you don't deserve a treat every now and again, I don't know who does. You've worked bl00dy hard for that tandoori mixed grill, and let's face it, it was a high protein meal anyway!
Puddings - yay! great result on the weightloss, blood pressure and the walking... oh, and the trackies heading south!
Victory - welcome home. You didn't think that a few weeks away would result in the boss having a personality transplant did you? You've more chance of being abducted by aliens I reckon. Clearly him being a t0$$er is a constant in life.
Mazza & Bex - I hope you're both feeling much better soon. There does seem to be an awful lot of bugs doing the rounds at the mo.
I do wish the weather would calm down a bit, and give us a few dry sunny days to end the summer holidays with. I've been wanting to take my youngest 2 to Diggerland for the past couple of weeks, but the weather is so changeable. I went out with OH to collect something last night, and the rain was torrential all down the A14 and back again. It's dried up a bit this morning, but I believe there's more on the way. This weekend I'm helping out in the village show at the village I lived in until last year. I thought I'd get away with not being involved as I've moved away, and it's meant to be residents only, but I seem to have been offered special dispensation. Lucky me huh? So, I'm there from 5pm for registrations, and back again at 8 tomorrow morning for more fun. Can you feel my excitement? The only upside is they do offer a rather nice complimentary luncheon tomorrow, provided gratis by the local pub. I can't promise to be uber good under such pressing circumstances (have you ever watched the Vicar of Dibley village meetings? that's what I'm up against). One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Hi everyone I hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather we seem to be having at the moment  My poor visitors have not even had a decent day at the beach yet poor things.

Eric - Just run it off but was it really that bad ?
Missy - welcome back too and well done on your loss :T BTW I am now doing a charity 180ft abseail on 11th SeptemberI said what would your influence have me doing next

Puddings: Youre so funny!!
Weather is GLORIOUS today. I had to shave everyone to wack my dress back on! So excited. I didnt do much apart from hang out with the parents, and pushing my dad in his wheelchair. It was pretty funny.
If its any consolation i had a fry up for lunch, but i'll be eating cheerios for dinner. Tell me cheerios is good for me!!!!!!!0 -

And on that (strange) note, i'm having an hour of torture with the epilator tonight, fingers crossed for sun tomorrow!!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -
Glad I'm not the only one contemplating torture in the hope of sun tomorrow (altho I'll probably bottle it and use a razor - tho not on everyone like Vix!). Have to wear a dress tomorrow as heading to a friend's wedding.
Haven't a clue whether WW is working as to add to the no scales I've misplaced my tape measure too! (I think I look better in the mirror but then again I've never really disliked my body just felt it was too large iyswim). Not expecting a huge loss but any would be good, and i'm planning to carry on when back at work until i'm fully back in the mind set.0 -
hahaha, everyone and myself!! My friend epilates, i couldnt do it!0

argh!!! forgot to get the meat for dinner out of the freezer!! so we ended up with takeaway, yet again. This weekend is going to be tricky, i feel like once i'm off the wagon i might as well blow it, but on the other hand i know i'll just end up feeling worse about myself.
got lovely smooth legs tho, totally worth the pain!!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Apart from tandoori chicken, what healthy options are there at a takeaway? possibly noodles at a chinese do you think? I cant seem to think of a single one for an Italian meal?0
