feeling tired today so slept in and will skip the training and have a full rest day
i have a strain in one of my forearms so this may help it rest as well0 -
I bought some Rosemary Conley DVDs from Amazon - there is a triple pack for £4.93 at the moment - and some of the older ones are only a few pounds.
Betty you will get there - you just need to be patient - we all have bad days and good days. Start again tomorrow.
Thanks fred, I know you're right. Had a good night's sleep and feeling a bit better. wish I could control my moods a bit better. I seem to be up and down all day/week. (Can't even blame totm!)
What is silly is that I feel good when i lose weight but I can't seem to stop myself sabotaging my progress. When i'm feeling down I seek out comfort food despite knowing better. It's hard work being a crazy lady!:o
Did something daring this morning - got on the scales!
Figured if it's a bad result then it'll push me to do better. If it's ok it'll give me the boost to keep up my WL and not ruin a good thing. And it's the second!I've only put on 1/2 lb which I think is pretty good - must have made up for the bad food with activity/exercise/sweating in this heat!!
Going to weigh in as usual tomorrow morning for the official chart. But it was a good boost to keep me going. Risky though!
I really want to stick to SW but it's so hard when I keep having to eat out. Luckily I think I can avoid it for the next couple of weeks (weekends are going to be difficult though) and stick to the plan as best as poss.
Going to start my food diary again as I think that will help.
Hope everyone else is having a good week so far

Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -
I fell completely off the wagon yesterday and had a chinese takeaway for dinner. I was feeling so fed up by the time I got home and couldn't get my head around making dinner so we went for chinese instead - a start-the-week treat for everyone else, a guilt trip to hell and back for me. Only consolation is that we ordered a set menu for 2 to share between 4 of us and there was plenty for everyone so I didn't have the full-sized portions, but I still woke up this morning feeling gross and just want to crawl back into bed.
In about half an hour I will find out if I have a job to come back to after my holiday (i.e. my contract being extended)- it could go either way at the moment. I had to resort to calling the agency last night & ask them to put some pressure on my manager to make a decision, cos I've asked 3 times and not got an answer yet. Very bad way to manage tho' as a contractor I'm supposed to be thick-skinned (everything else about me is thick just not my skin! :rotfl:)£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Hi folks hope you dont mind me joining, have been lurking for a week or so.
In April I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high Cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. Sadly it had to take that news to give me the kick in the !!! to get up and try to shift the weight I am carrying.
Its now nearly the end of July and this week I have lost another 6 lbs bringing the total weight loss since April to 4 stone 4lbs.
Last tests at the doctor showed cholesterol normal and blood pressure normal and bloodsugar down from 15 to 4. So getting there!0 -

Well they don't want me any more!:j so Friday will be my last day. Mixed emotions - will miss the money and have made a couple of friends here but won't miss feeling unhappy, bored, fed up & frustrated every day. I can now go on holiday on Saturday and really relax then focus on my next move when I get back, plus will get to spend some time with the kids over the holidays (OH is thrilled he's getting his little helper back too!).

neilersmc - that seems like a lot of weight in so little time. Just be careful what you're doing there. Congrats on the weight loss but be a wee bit on the cautious side
I am pleased and utterly shocked to announce a 1lb loss :j:j:j:j:j:j
And that's with no exercise this last week, on holiday from work, so I'm not even doing my usual walking
