Some cracking weight losses this week - well done folks!

    - 6 for me

Had a great run last night really enjoying the couch to 5k programme, got through week 5 20 mins of jogging without an interval.

Foodwise stuck to my diet, but tonight im going to parents for tea so dear knows what unhealthy nonsense my mum will have served up.

    betty, it's every day.

Loads to comment on and more lovely newbies to welcome. But just no energy in the BB engine house today so can't manage it.
Trying to psyche myself up to walk 10 mins down the road to buy some shelf uprights to fix to the wall in the dining room to get more stuff put away properly. My OH benfits from the DIY fairy as well...

    sts for me please fred.

new injections working really well on my joint pain - like magic at the mo:T.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

well done everyone! you've all done so well! :j

I've lost a pitiful 1lb... but that 1lb has taken me to a total stone weight loss, so im very happy!

The wii fit gave me fireworks and everything and then proceeded to tell me off for losing it a week early?!

So im down to 13 stone 2 lbs, still a long way to go. So I've set myself a 16lb target for the next three months, to get me down to 12 stone. The wii fit says my ideal weight is 10 stone but I can't ever imagine being that light! I'm a size 14 and everyone says I look fine but I'm not happy with the way i look yet.

Definately feeling fitter but it feels like the weight is taking ages to come off, its taken me 2 months to lose that stone. is that good or am i beating myself up for no reason?!

I must admit if i look another salad in the face i will scream!

I'm very impressed with Morrisons Eat Smart range though and i've fallen in love with weightwatchers fromage frais this week! Plus i've definately had too much chocolate this week! oops

Still so long to go though so thanks to everyone for their moral support and motivating stories/news! :T

Our Eric is on a long weightloss journey, and ordinary scales wouldn't work for him, so I'm sure he can suggest where you can find out where he was getting weighed, and reading up on his 'top tips' (somewhere near page 1 on the thread) for getting the best, steady results. Stick with us here Puds and we'll help you all we can.

These scales go up to 351lb, 25st 1lb, and are pretty decent body fat % calculators, im so close to being able to get on them, a week or two more :j:j:j

after that its industrial scales im afraid, upto 750lbs, now there's a hint about ones lifestyle ....

but they are insanely accurate, and you can calibrate them for the differing gravitational field of the earth depending on what country you are in :)

Some very good losses - well done guys. I feel a bit of a fraud posting my loss this week as it was effectively over two weeks! I did start running (well jogging a bit!) this week so I am happy with thie loss though.

I was looking back over previous LW threads. Can some of you tell me what happened to the people who used to be here every week and have now gine - Raphael_xxx Suggs, Starlight, retiredlady etc etc - any ideas? And how is Petrichor? I joined when she and victory had reached their goals! I feel like I have a gap in my knowledge....!
