Thanks - that looks amazing! Have bookmarked the page & will download the info later. I'm leaving it till tomorrow before looking at the long range weather forecast, but I'm hoping all the rain you are having at the moment will spread east just long enough for us to enjoy some sun!Re the job - I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders so dont worry about me, and my phone is has already started to ring with calls & messages from agencies so my cv is starting to pop up again in the right places.
Funny how some things can make your day. I have been over-spending on my c/card this month and was dreading opening the statement but I just have and its a lot less than I thought it was going to be!! That's cheered me up today - hee hee :rotfl:(very un-MSE tho)

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain0 -
Morning. Thanks for the chart Fred. Shame about my gain
Also looks like I've only got 10 days to lose 5lb for the challenge, which is ridiculous given that a few weeks ago I was feeling so confident about it! Right, best behaviour starts...now!! Got my SW day planned and hopefully I can stick to it!!!
Pity i'm so busy at work at the mo, would love to pop in the gym but no time. Will have to go next week before my memberships runs out (cancelled it to save money) and then I am going to have to start being creative about excersing at home and possible jogging in the street (in the middle of the day when it's quiet , coz no one wants to see me jiggling along the road!)
Off to the shops tonight so that will counts as cardio, right????Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -

The stretch from Bideford to Fremington Quay is lovely and there is a great Cafe at Fremington which is worth the trip too(not very diet friendly but you are on holiday
) If you want any more info or help feel free to PM me as I should have some useful local info for you. I hope you don't get too held up in traffic on Saturday.
My stomach so utterly tempts me to revert back to the all in one but no will not do it to myself, it has to be a bikini or tankini or a bikini and cover up or a bikini and a t-shirt (so that the sun does not get on the shoulders:D) oh the hell we go through:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
No!! as I once heard you say before you lost the weight you deserve to wear the Bikini! so stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and put the 1 piece back in the drawer.
Betty B- I don't envy you going up oxford street, my idea of hell that place far too busy and like a cattle market
Well I have my fingers crossed that the rain stops for an hour so I can get out for some exercise later. Why is it that as soon as the Kid's break up it rains?? Damn you schools :rotfl:Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Let myself down last night big time. Went out for a few beers and had more than a few. But they were thoroughly enjoyed.
Some drunk guys decided to hit on an 18 yr old coming home on train on her own, so asked her to come sit with me. So then they started on me because I told them they were making the kid feel uncomfortable. So one of them has gone home with my fake thumb nail stuck somewhere in his face along with some sharp words about nailing his privates to the floor if he didn't get out my faceI know, I have a lovely way with words
Got up this morning and was desperate for a full english breakfast. I was very restrained and a bacon sarnie instead. Not brill but better than what I wanted :rotfl:
Feel all bloated now for eating it tho, but it's the only thing that will cure that beer headache in the morning :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
remind me not to ever start on mazza!!!!!!0
