No I am not her mum just thinking of the logic, if you have lost 2lb which is quite a fantastic feat in itself as I clearly know because I have lost a lot and fought all the way to loose it then if you have to go through that to achieve such a great result of 29lb loss then why revert back to chocs?

When I used to loose I would celebrate with a new hair cut or a nail varnish or a trip out or a lovely bath oil, calorific choc was not really on the menu because I knew how hard it was to loose and really did not want to have to go through that again.

Even to this day I struggle.

I know you're right victory it was just the way you said it that made LOL :)

I find myself drinking copious amounts of Highlights when I get desperate for choc. But have decided I'm only allowed the hard stuff on Friday OR Saturday if we are staying in and it has to be a low syn one for SW diet.

It's horrible to feel like you're depriving yourself.

Though about a year ago I did cut it out completely and that wasn't too hard - after a month I just didnt want it anymore. Cold turkey all the way!

I have no added sugar angel delight in choc for my choc or dark choc a few squares of green and blacks , when the cravings are bad sugar free mints or the weathers originals sugar free ones, reminds me of butter and toast but without the cals:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Highlights didnt work today - got the friday feeling and bought some malteasers. I dont even mind having an off day today as I know I can jump back on the wagon successfully tomorrow. Feels good to be confident about my ability to consciously chose to eat something rather than do it out of habit / stress/ boredom and then be plagued with guilt. It's stil choc and bad for me but I feel much more in control about the choices I make now.

I am bored though :( surprised im not eating but ive really gone off food too.

scary Good news regarding your son. With the degree bit..it can be better to wait and it often is with boys. Couple of my intelligent boy mates fropped out of uni first time round but then went again and got 1sts after that!

Couple of days off the pc so still trying to catch up.

Fellpony - My heart felt best wishes for you little one. I know there are no words to explain how u are feeling right now, and no words we can say to ease your pain either. Keep on fighting hon, and with a lot of luck along with it, well, we'll all keep our fingers crossed.

I have one that will maybe make u giggle.

My 19yr old daughter over with her boyfriend tonight. He announces that he needs to pee. So he goes upstairs. The 14 yr old goes upstairs and hears him rustling magazines to disguise the noise he's making in the bathroom. No biggy, we all need to do it :rotfl:So he does his business, comes downstairs all red faced. When my 14 yr old comes out with "What's that white stuff all over your hands?!?!"

Well I almost fell off my chair laffin :rotfl: The best bit is, the bf actually checked his hands :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
