LOL Mazza!!!
And VICTORY - they are low-cal, low-fat chocolates that I make. Not a fat-buster mars bar! But they didn't get done as I hadn't enough milk powder left. Small but enough for my palate; I can't go without as I end up binging on everything. Silly woman I am.0 -
OH went to the chippy for his tea tonight ... and ate them in the garden so I couldn't smell them :T:T
Had a syn free day so far todayI must admit I'm doing a lot better than I thought I would be :T xx

propylene aint that what they make plastics with ??
i dont trust aspartame as well, some nasty research on that stuff, most of the supermarkets have stopped using it in there own products for the 98% undigested sucralose.0 -
Mazza - i thought id read that before and i had on a status update you did!! That is quick for the 14 year old. How embarassing to do a poo in your bathroom! Id be more mortified at that than having a knuckle shuffle.
I have another day off work today. Im not taking anymore tablets even if it does hurt because im sick of them. Ive never taken as many in my whole entire life as i have these past few days and im done. Im telling you and my foot this. ha.
Hope everyone has a top weekend!!0 -

well I have lost 2.4lbs making it 13lbs now. Think I deffo would have lost a stone by the time I weighed in Monday which should have been my proper weigh in day. Still 13lbs aint bad.0 -
I feel a bit of a fraudster on here:cool: I've been battling with a bit of depression recently and my weight loss, although nice, is more attributed to this, than willpower. This year alone I've lost about 1.5 stone but that's to be expected when I hardly eat anything.
Been to the quacks last week, and am now on some AD's so not sure how it will affect my appetite.
an example yesterday was cereal, 2 ham butties
Good Luck all.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
Happy weekend everyone!!
My DS passed his swimming assessment this morning so is moving up a group from September and got 2 badges as well!! He's so happy, then got the grumps cos I rented a DVD for him from the library but forgot to "unlock" before we left (they have this new fangled self-serve system installed, which is a shame cos I miss having the books stamped, you now get a paper receipt instead - boo:(), so we'll have to go back tomorrow to get the case opened LOL.
Yesterday I treated myself to some Salter Body Analyser scales, £20 in Sainsburys (bought with some of the contents of my £2 coin jar - very MSE!):-
Sainsburys
.. so I'm all set up to measure weight, body fat and water, all captured on a spreadsheet (eric would be so proud!). I've taken my first set of measurements and needless to say I have some way to go!
Off to the school Fun Day this abo, I've just has a late lunch so I wont be tempted by the BBQ, but I know I'll be drawn to the bar and the Pimms jug, so OH will be doing the driving! This year I've donated 2 raffle prizes, 2 tombola prizes, planted up 2 patio containers for the plant stall, baked a batch of fruit scones, and I'll be running a stall for an hour, so I think I've done my bit. Why is it then that when I get these pleading emails from the organisers that I feel like I haven't done enough?? I've been involved with this school for 11 years and every year I promise myself that I'm going to cut back but every year I end up doing more and more, I just can't stand the thought of it not being a success, I suppose. Its a shame that schools have to rely on fund-raising to buy the things they need. Anyhoo, looks like the rain is going to hold off so a nice family day out at least.:D
Hope everyone has a good rest-of-the-weekend!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Good Luck all.
Good luck with the AD's. Depression can be very hard to overcome on your own, most especially if there is a chemical im balance in your brain, so it is good to get help.
If cereal and 2 ham butties was all you ate yesterday, then it isn't enough. But hopefully, once the AD's kick in, you'll have a little more energy and 'go' to think about what you eat.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
