    Weeeeeee Don't you just love fluctuation :j The scales show a massive 1lb off. Was at +1lb yesterday and -1lb today. So it's probably only about a half pound off, but if the scales say 1 off, I'll stick with that :rotfl:
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j

    Betty, if you still feel a little unsure about the dress, how about an underdress similar to what I wore on my pics for the Lose Weight Blah (can't remember what number it was). It pulls you in in all the right places and oomphs u where u need oomphed

    Where do you get these magic things from please?

    0.75 lbs off please Frednot brilliant, but in the right direction so I'm a happy granny.:)

    ooh sounds good mazza - where do you get that from? I was thinking of getting some of those big pants that holds your thighs and hips in - they are my flabbiest bits.

    Well done on your loss too maz, and well done granny!:T

    Eric, never mind about the gain - at least you know the underlying causes are medical-based, and not bread-based!

    Lol@ eric's pic of victory's mum!!

    I am reporting another 1/2 lb loss - sorry it's not much team, but i am pleased with any loss at the mo - it takes me down to 10.7 and is another tiny step towards my goal. Slow and steady wins the race!!

    that's what i meant :) at least you know it's not cos of a lapse in willpower/bad food choice

    Oh yeah and I was going to get up early today and go swimming but I had such a terrible night's sleep! Didnt get to sleep til 2.5 hours after getting in bed and kept waking up. I had a herbal tea sachet (sample) at about 9.30 so perhaps it had caffeine in. Anyway, going to swim tomorrow for sure, need to start toning up!

    apologies, will start calling people by full names and try to be less cryptic :-)

    and its a STS for me this week

    as its now starting the final week of the North South challenge, my plan is to pull out all the stops. Rigid dieting, 4 miles a day walking and climbing 4200 steps are back on the agenda. Surely I can stick to that, after all it is only for 7 days?
    ~~~ Com' on ya beauties! ~~~
  • Congratulations to all the losers and Betty 1/2lbs off is definately going in the right direction.
    I personally think the STS are good too, we all have those weeks.
    Eric I don't really eat any bread for the same reason, it makes me feel so so ill. Although every once in a blue moon I give in to the temptation and always wonder why afterwards. Your 2lb gain this week is nothing, like you say it's already gone and like Betty says at least it's not a diet problem, unlike me for 1 lol.
    It's a STS for me here - sorry Northerners. My resolve is wavering a bit but I will get it back.
