Argh i am so bored today.... i have loads of work to do but just can't manage to get on with it. Got next to no sleep last night and now am having to drag myself away from the crisps in the kitchen!!!

Just keep wandering off to stare at the dress for inspiration / willpower!!

Well Boys and Girls im having a complete meltdown:(

Fred can you post a 4lbs GAIN!!! for me please.

I don't know wht happened this week, im hoping its water bloat!!

I can maybe put it down to stressing out about my hol next week, and my broken ankle cos I havent been too bad on the food front although Hubby did take me out for lunch on Monday (so I could get out of the house for a bit!)

If its ok with you Fred, I will post my final weeks weight on Tuesday (flying off on wed morning) and hopefully that 4lb Blip will have gone by then.

Well done to all the losers this week and the STS, at least thts something.

Sorry Buckfast Beauties, I feel like ive let the team right down:(... and myself.

!!!!!! its weigh loss day again. It comes around too quickly!!!

Well its because i get called vic in real life, and my best chum is a vicky, so we always both reply.

weigh in to follow then.....if i really have to
  • Well after a week of tears and tantrums in the house (and thats just me!) I find that I have lost 4lb this week. Delighted but a little shocked knowing what I have been eating, but also knowing that I have been concious during everything I have eaten. (or should that be "Of" everything? Who knows lol)

Victory keep your chin up huni, you have a lot of support on here.

Vix - was it you who was avoiding the lactose? I had a friend (she is no longer a friend but thats a way nother story!!) who's son was hugely allergic to milk/ lactose, we used Vitalite as a spread because it is milk free, and of human price and doesn't taste too awful either!!

    Come on you Buckfasts :T:T
