We know Eric, but it's rather nice with a large Tia Maria in it, or a large Vodka, I'm not too fussy :rotfl:

Vix I hear what you're saying RE cous cous. I can't eat it either, the texture is all wrong for me. Not quite as bad as you with the wet n dry stuff tho. When did you stop the chocolate treats? May take a week or so to catch up. Nothing I can say about resistance, other than good music to listen to, but then again it's years since I've been at the gym

Betty, I haven't found a soft drink that keeps me awake. Think because I'm a coffee junkie, it all actually helps me back to sleep :rotfl:

the ultimate engineered drink for addictiveness :(

The problem is that pepsi max is yummy! It tastes much nicer than diet coke/diet pepsi in my opinion. but apprently it also has twice the caffeine!!!

I think i have to cut out caffeine after about 6pm - I had a cup of tea the other night (it was herbal, but turned out to not be caffeine free like i thought) and was up half the night.
Same thing happened last night, up until 3am!

I have ordered some caffeine free diet cokes with my Mr T shopping. I dont drink coke/pepsi much but it makes a nice change from sugar free squash with dinner sometimes.

i just ordered some new bag mitts, i have knackered my cheap ones in 3 months, keep hurting my knuckles now ...
  • Friday! :D

I'm sitting here drinking a 600ml bottle of Pepsi Max!!! I didn't realise it had more caffeine than other colas. I might have a glass of wine later. Much healthier! ;)

I had couscous yesterday, with lots of roasted veg and spices and stuff! Lovely!

i love pepsi max, but have to let it go flat before i can drink it - one of the bizarre things about this strange body of mine is that i never seem to burp. Didnt know about the caffeine in it though, but would still prefer that to either regular (or caffeine free) coke/pepsi

ooh i hate pepsi max!! Although the other day i had a coke because there was less sugar in that than a bottle of tescos orange juice (from concentrate)

Puds: Funny! hahaa, i did actually laugh out loud!! Are they official quotes, i didnt think i ever said, "tell me, is..." Sounds rather old fashioned!!

Mazza: Oh i like cous cous!! with mushroom, but of olive oil and butter thrown in. YUM!

Vicki has 8 days off work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only my second week off this year, which is probably why im so tired. I need a wee and a cup of tea so im offski. :p
