Clearly I don't fit the pattern. I don't like any fizzy drinks .... well I'd make an exception for champagne .... sadly it hasn't made me slim.

:j:j:j:j Thanks Eric -- that makes a really good excuse for opening some champagne. Unfortunately at the moment I seem to be getting attacks of labyrinthitis quite frequently so anything more than a sip of alcohol is off the menu.

In my attempt to get off this 27stone 1lb plateau (that I've been on for what seems like an eternity) I walked 9 miles yesterday. Then last night, as well as the expected aches in legs and feet etc, I was also aching in odd places like neck and shoulders... surely that isnt normal for just walking?
It looks like ive made a rod for my own back though as they say, cos today legs are still in agony and the usual 4 mile walk'll probably be cancelled as I cant go anywhere :-(
Obviously this giant load was too much for my little feet to carry... they feel like an old pushbike thats had three people riding on it!!

had a fab day in London today with OH and possibly the poshest meal i've ever eaten! absolutely gorgeous though, but full of butter, oil, fat, all the usual yummy things that are bad for me! Back on plan tomorrow though, and will try to hit the gym a few days this week.

Fellpony - hope all goes well for you and DD

Vix - I always find it sooo hard to refuse those store cards!

well my top was £45, and my only student friend left was working so i thought ahhh might aswell. Glad i did, because i didnt wear that and the dress i did wear i needed a waist belt for, which i bought to make it up to £80 to get 15% off.

Where did you go betty for the meal? Im trying to get my mum to go and see jersey boys, she wants to go but to get my mother to go anywhere without my father is a nightmare! I dont mind dad coming but London is pretty hard when youre disabled. I cant wait for christmas, last year i went to the hyde park thing and i want to do that again. Im just hoping my foot operation is late enough so that i will be able to do these things without being on crutches!

Now i have a week off i can go right in there for gym! Two days to get a loss here i come!!

Vix you should go to see jersey boys, we love it. have been a few time to see it as have an amazing cast, love jon as tommy. And a MSE trick, if u go onto the jersey boys website you can get front frow seats for £20 each, you cant see right to the back of the stage but we thought it was a good view and definitly worth the money.
We also went to the winter wonderland last year and it was torrential rain when we went, we will go again this year but will hope for better weather this time.
