You read my mind Lynz. I was only thinking fondly of our Sunny today.

Hi Lynzpower & Pimento :) Interesting to see there are still people trying to get deposits back - would be good to see if they have any luck.
I must confess that having 2 kids my memory is not as good as it used to be, and I had put this thread to the back of my mind, but I had a little chuckle and smile to myself to see it back up on page 1. I think the Dead dog thread and the Clampetts Camper Van made it slip from my mind. Must do a google check now to see if there are any more compaints against Sunil Downs of IRD Homes

Any Kingston University 2011 students who might be looking for rooms or flats in Kingston might think about IRD Homes and Sunhil Dhown who let flats and rooms to students in Kingston.

Reading this thread might be an education in itself.

How lovely to hear that IRD Homes are such good letting agents and treat thier tenants so well.

I shall be sure to recommend them to everyone that I know.

The wonders of the world wide web eh?
  • Just found this thread. Managed quite a few pages but have saved some for tomorrow!

Thanks to all for a [STRIKE]bloody good laugh[/STRIKE] very infomative read. Should I ever need / know anyone who needs a property in these areas I shall remember the story of Sunhil Dhown.

Will be back tomorrow for further [STRIKE]entertainment[/STRIKE] information and feedback.

It would amaze me if anyone within a 50 mile radius of Kingston hadn't heard about IRD Homes and Sonny Dhown, such is their reputation for being letting agents.
