If it isn't, it should be. :T

I wonder if they regret forcing the retraction?

  • I've notice someone has commented on that article.

Also on this one too. http://www.richmondandtwickenhamtimes.co.uk/news/richmondnews/8491748.Indian_restaurant_s_charity_pledge/

Another thing, a kindly court spy has relayed a story of our friend Sunil Dhown being slapped down by a judge for the dubious terms he includes in his contracts.

    Hi all,

Just a note to say I am another desparately unhappy tenant of Sunny/ Sunil/ Sunhil Dhown and IRD Homes/ SD Investments.

Sunny/ Sunil/ Sunhil, Kamni, Patricia and Karolina have all proved themselves to be vastly difficult in all communications, and consistently refuse to provide even the most basic services expected of a landlord. Especially ones with remarkably undemnading tenants.

As a relatively gnarled and hairy old man, my deepest sympathies go out to the students or more vulnerable tenants who will undoubtedly feel terrfied at the insolence and aggression that IRD/ SD demand. Let alone the total lack of any maintenance to their properties, the 'bait and switching' manoeuvres on rent and the impossible task of deposit/ security returns.

I would also like to point out that the Dentistry picture is either not of Sunny or that the 'Sunny Dhown' that occasionally visits properties is not the man himself.

IRD have built a vastly depressing empire and I can only hope the 700 buy-to-let mortgages they are loaded with come back to bite them.

    Rant over.

    welcome to our"fan"club

I noted on the student room that environmental health are involved in some areas. Are you in contact with environmental health as well?

    walds,

In what way does your Sunny D differ from the dentistry picture?
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

look at your tenancy agreement. There should be a clause, probably under rent that says that you cannnot withhold rent 'without first giving the LL written notice...' . Make sure the repairs are his responsibility. Record deliver or email him (again the agreement will tell you where to send it) quoting this clause. If the repairs are not done then get the repairs done and send him the bill!!
