    Happy New Year to all. Let's hope that this year will be see a huge personality change for Mr Dhown!!!
    But don't let him use your money to do it. In his contract he is charging a standard charge for late payments and an additional daily. He can not do this unless he has told you how he came to this figure. Like the banks, he has to justify this amount. Everyone should write to him asking for a breakdown of this charge

    Sorry for the delay in reply. The chap in the photo just isn't the man who introduced himself to me as Sunny Dhown (my landlord).

    I should also point out that Sunny and Kamni's father is also pretty heavily involved. I'd always considered him the brains of the operation!

    I thought our freinds at IRD homes ( whomever they are with mutiple people all posing as the same man- NEVER!) did not take deposits.

    Heres hoping that you get all your deposit back every last penny. ( unless you wantonly wrecked the place, being A MSE I assume you wouldnt)
