"Sunny is as crooked as a barrel of fish-hooks" according to one delighted tenant. That couldn't possibly be true, could it?0

bump..up you goIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
I note that their home page they still describe themselves as "a new and aggressive Residential Letting and Management Agency" . Do we like "aggressive"?
Their current webpage no longer has the LLs Service page though, which explained how Ts on a 6 month tenancy agreement would be dealt with
"Some 70 days prior to the tenancy expiring IRD Homes will contact the tenants to discuss whether they are keen to renew their tenancy agreement. If the tenant is keen to renew then we will negotiate a rent increase on the subject property, which in current market conditions is significant. If the tenant does not agree to the new terms then with the landlord consents we will consider issuing the current tenant the necessary 60 day notice for possession and will seek to find a new tenant/s. IRD Homes will have a full 2 months to find a new suitable tenant."
Perhaps this means that they have now stopped this practice?
Should potential Ts in Cardiff Bay , Edinburgh, Finsbury Park , Glasgow Harbour, Ilford, Isleworth, Kingston & Twickenham be asking questions on the subject of rent increases?
It's good to know that this LA's team has "youthful exuberance" I think dog trainers can help if that sort of thing gets out of hand0 -
No, I don't like "aggressive and I wouldn't particularly welcome "assertive'" either even if I was a landlord. From what I've read on here "youthful exuberance" obviously couldn't apply to Sunny Sunhil Dhown, his wife or any of the other parties identified in this thread or elsewhere at IRD Homes0

Such a shame that no-one is aloud to say what they really think for fear of upsetting someone with a big bank balance and a legal team.
Also good luck something really not nice must have happened.

but truth is an absolute defence. It's is fair to say my landlord did or didn't do this resulting in this( something unpleasant).
To draw a conclusion and express it publicly eg "they are a !$£", is likely to get you into hot water.
Sunil ( So kneel) is a fairly common name .Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

But would you welcome an agent that can write a sentence that is not only grammatical, but does not leave you guessing what the missing words are in order to make sense of it?

But I struggle with a photo and description of a ground floor "penthouse" apartment. Perhaps there is a missing comma...:rotfl:Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Eh, anyone who views the site can fairly reasonably come to the decision that the website has been created purely to satisfy the company's woefully inflated idea of their abilities and achievements. No sensible tenant or landlord would touch them with anybody else's bargepole after reading that tripe. Which is A Very Good Thing. I sincerely hope that creating, designing and paying for the hosting has cost them an absolute mint.0
