    People need to be aware of these gangsters.
    I've had dealing with them on the property side, haven't visited that restauran, nor will I

    They need to be exposed for what they have been doing to people.
    I'm sure the revenue would be interested in thier dealings.

    Any student looking for accomodation should make a search of the internet to find out the history of the prospective landlord.

    There's lots of history about IRD Homes.

    Ive read all of this thread and what I have surmised is that Sunhil Dhown is a businessman and IRD Homes is a business

    landlords can become slum lords very quickly if the tenants are slobs...


    Mr Dhown, Mrs Dhown, Mr Elby, Patricia (Pat), Karolina and of course Jeremy. There is an elderly man (with one foot in his grave) that sometimes visits the buildings to probably collect money of someone

    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    Its interesting how Sunhil Dhown almost sounds like 'sundown' but it isn't.

    Also, his first name sounds like 'Sunhill' which was the fictional district in which ITV Police drama 'The Bill' was set (and the name of the Station)
    I myself, have had no dealings with IRD although im sure they are a charming bunch.
