Bump!.
People need to be aware of these gangsters.
I've had dealing with them on the property side, haven't visited that restauran, nor will I
They need to be exposed for what they have been doing to people.
I'm sure the revenue would be interested in thier dealings.

Hello Sunny!
Any students for Kingston University? They should read this thread if they are looking for student accommodation in Kingston. IRD Homes have student accommodation in Kingston.

Prospective students looking for accommodation in Kingston will find this thread enlightening."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
Bah! I was in Kingston the other day and I did not look to see if they had an office there.... Sorry....
On second thoughts, retract that.Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -

It's not just in Kingston.
Any student looking for accomodation should make a search of the internet to find out the history of the prospective landlord.
There's lots of history about IRD Homes.0 -
Those worried about the prospect of dealing with Sunil should clearly right dhown their concerns, and send them to IRD Homes.0

A new year, another chance for people to remind themselves of the service provided by Sunil Dhown's IRD Homes, offering student houses for let in Kingston and elsewhere. Worth having a read through this thread if you are considering offering them any business.poppy100

Ive read all of this thread and what I have surmised is that Sunhil Dhown is a businessman and IRD Homes is a business

I lost my deposit on a couch today..i will never do anything criminal again...
landlords can become slum lords very quickly if the tenants are slobs...
Mr Dhown, Mrs Dhown, Mr Elby, Patricia (Pat), Karolina and of course Jeremy. There is an elderly man (with one foot in his grave) that sometimes visits the buildings to probably collect money of someone
I too have had a bad experience with IRD homes, this however is in Glasgow. http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1209724It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Its interesting how Sunhil Dhown almost sounds like 'sundown' but it isn't.
Also, his first name sounds like 'Sunhill' which was the fictional district in which ITV Police drama 'The Bill' was set (and the name of the Station)
I myself, have had no dealings with IRD although im sure they are a charming bunch.0
