Good morning

nothing in post as yet from aviva. To citi cards.Have not even had the curtisy of a reply to my email. Now as they wrote and said the policy was cancelled in nov 2008. But they started taking payments again up to present, do start my complaint with fos from then or try for the lot,and do i send citi a copy of the fos form which i am going to send.As amersal said this has to be a blatent mis-sell:)

that would be great only when i spoke to them re l woods they just sent me forms and forms so i thought it may be just as easy to send them the form which i already have any way .wotcha think
