just to let you know i had an accknowledgement from aviva for my letter. they will let me know the outcome in about 10days. Why do i feel pesimistic ?

Morning sweetheart

I have been trying to reclaim ppi from citi cards.Letter today saying when i took it iut and when it was cancelled (2002----2010) Now it clearly shows on the statements that the payment is being applied last one last month !!!! :eek:I never cancelled or took it out. there is no phone number on the letter only an e.mail so ive just done that and told them the above and that if it was taken out or cancelled then i want the proof in writing then why am i still paying anyway.only given 7 days or off to fos AGAIN:eek:

Thank you for the above.I have found out statements for this and last year all of which have payments to ppi on.however the statement for nov 2008 has 3xmonths refund on at 14.00 each.
and as they say policy cancelled 10,8,2008 So confused. But the payments restarted in 09.think i will wait to see if i hear from them via email b4 i do anything else.Either way i feel i am being conned.My OH seems to think i should be carefull as if they say they made a mistake and did not cancel then i will end up owing them the unpaid premiums and i do not want that.:(

Di i forgot to say that around that time i reclaimed unfair charges from them and was successfull in that i just hope that it does not make a difference

Sorry to keep posting but i have just worked out what they have done!!!!
it looks like when my unfair charges reclaim was going on they refunded the ppi for 3 payments.When it was settled they took 3x paymentsfrom me then restarted monthly premiuns in april 09.Surley this cannot be right.Like i said today they inform me that it was cancelled 10.11.2008

Getting there but very slow today.......:o;).

Just reading through your posts now, they need to send you a detailed written breakdowns, maybe on both ppi and the charges/separately so you know where you are perhaps. XXXX

Thank you di but i have my statements going back to 2002 (sent for them when i reclaimed the charges so i can see what they have done xxxx
