I am happy with the payments.Just dissapointed really that i cant get my money back.Perhaps i should wait for the fos reply eh xxxxx

That's good news about payments Nanna.

I haven't been on for a while, so have been catching up. I haven't sent in my PPi claim for Littlewoods yet, have tried admin/late fees first. Rejection obviously but now with FOS. Once that is resolved then I will go down the same path as you with PPI. I remember when they added it, they rung me and said I had been selected for some Select benefits and then the charges started.

i honestly do not remember taking it out at all.In any case if i cant claim what use is it?..none..:mad:
FOS did sat tho that because they wernt regulated at the time i may not get it back.Still its frustrating as its useless so i am going to speak to FOS and ask if i should cancel now or wait intill i hear from them.Give it a go you may just be lucky:T

Hi nanna :A You need to send a letter to insurance company, if littlewoods were not regulated then you write to the insurer to claim mis sell and when you get a reply from them (unless it is favourable) then you go to fos and they will take the ins on xxxx Just hang fire for fos reply then take it from there

Nanna as our amersall says.
There are ways around this and I am actually dealing with mine through an insurer now, its taken on by the FOS and currently being looked at by the Adjudicator, so at least you know if you get any problems, the FOS will be able to investigate against the insurer/underwriter as these would have been regulated.;)XX

ok fos sent me 2 forms 1 to lwoods 1 to them both sent back.L woods sent back as above so do i wait for the reply from fos now or ring them omg i am confused:D:D
