because i had to phone 3 times (fos) i spoke to 3 different people so im just hoping that the outcome will be as though i had only spoken to 1. But i did manage to let them know what had gone on.alls crossed except eyes ive never been able to do that.Regard to picking you both up on the way to trish ,hpe its a straight road as roundabouts...no....rught turns...no islands....no

remember i said L woods keep refusing my reduced payment offers? well well letter today saying they are prepared to accept for 6 months so result there then. :T Now they have sent a copy of the final response letter they sent originally (praps they thought i couldnt read it the first time ).Telling me again about they werent regulated when ppi was taken out. Question is do i contact fos again or wait untill i hear from them dont hold out much hope for that tho as they did say they may not pay out as they werent regulated then.Or should i just cancel policy? mmmmm
