Hi i have put in ppi claims from 4 catalogues (all the same company it turns out).

I have recieved a phone call today to make an appointment for someone from the company to call me to discuss the matter.

I am told that the reason for this s to get further information about my claim.

has this happened to anyone on here and if so what did they ask

Hi there,these will just be questions regarding your complaint,maybe reasons for mis sell,what sick pay you got etc,dont worry and just answer the questions to the best of your ability.
