Hi i have put in ppi claims from 4 catalogues (all the same company it turns out).
I have recieved a phone call today to make an appointment for someone from the company to call me to discuss the matter.
I am told that the reason for this s to get further information about my claim.
has this happened to anyone on here and if so what did they ask
