    Hiya long time no speak

    still waiting should i just let fos do their job? dont ike to keep pestering as the are busy i know that .ys been about 6 weeks since i heard from them ( regards to citi) and it with the adjudicator. thanks xxxx

    The FOS can take some time, so do give them a little longer, did you receive the letter from them to confirm they received your complaint?

    yes i have had the " we have received letters" i did send them all recorded the last one was about the adjudicator looking into it.Ill just wait then.:D:D:D
