good morning :j

had a letter plus forms from fos, rang them as i had them before.But as they have written to aviva i am to keep them and only fill them in if i am not satisfied wtih aviva response sometime in the next 8 wks.:)

hi guys
just in from work What a day i am soooo mad i couldnt begin to tell you.Well found out the underwriters are aviva.Letter today to say they cannot lcate policy and suspect its not with them.
plus yet another form!!!!!!!!!! rang fos they told me to speak to shop direct and get proof it is.Rang them yes it was n union then aviva but they would ringback .they did i purposly left ans machine on to record them confirming it is aviva. filled in form sent it back yet again this time i asked where is my money going i am being passed around from pillar to post and i want it sorted asap.:mad::mad:

honestly di i am fed up with it now but i think that is just what they want, me to give up ,well no i wont its my money and i want it back.But it is so infuriating xxx
