Fos have found out who the underwriters are and are in the process of writing to them for me
cos i found out that even tho l woods wernt regulated at the time the underwriters were. everything is crossed i just have to wait and hear from fos:)

FOS also wrote on my behalf to the underwriters for my rebate complaint and I had a reply soon enough. I did win as well although this was not a misselling complaint. Good luck on yours.

Yes you could do this, or contact the FOS first and get advice directly from them first.;)

i agree with di ,if you contact the fos they will sort norwich for you cos they know what to say.:)
