Nana i am in the same boat as you with littlewoods and argos additions.I sent the 2nd letter into additions they havent even bothered to reply.

Trish do the same, contact the FOS general free phone number and ask about the insurer/underwriter direction.;)

Trish i contacted fos today they are absolutly fantastic and so helpfull.because Fiddlewoods sold this in 2001 they were not regulated.:mad: So fos asked meto get the adress of the insurer for them ,this i did from shop direct and they gave me a false one ,:mad:not on fos data base anywhwere.:mad::mad::mad:
2 calls on 0844 nos to get the correct address and a total of 3 to the fos. finally.They are going to sent out letters .... but i forgot whether to me or them now ....:o:o:o
