Thank you for the above.I have found out statements for this and last year all of which have payments to ppi on.however the statement for nov 2008 has 3xmonths refund on at 14.00 each.
and as they say policy cancelled 10,8,2008 So confused. But the payments restarted in 09.think i will wait to see if i hear from them via email b4 i do anything else.Either way i feel i am being conned.My OH seems to think i should be carefull as if they say they made a mistake and did not cancel then i will end up owing them the unpaid premiums and i do not want that.:(

Hi nanna x They should not have restarted this ins so that is a blatant mis sell after you had cancelled, so you have them on that count.And if they did not cancel this then they cannot make you pay back these premiums,i think you are being conned, and i am glad you are keeping on with this as they will expect you to give up. so dont:p you give them what for xx

not heard anything yet their last letter ws dated 6.9.10 and they said they would let me know in 10 days xxxx

On the lwoods
they gave me the wrong underwriters then again the wrong underwriters then said they couldnt find me !!!!!Then i rang aviva after speaking to fos and they addmitted that the policy is with them so recorded the message and now am waiting
