just to say i had a letter from fos to say they are looking into my complaint about citi ad ppi.
today citi informed mr that they will now br opus from november. does this make a difference?

well i am so brassed off really brassed off. remember i sent the response letter to fos re aviva complaint?bear in mind i did all the forms and all they asked me to do. They sent the letter back saying for them to look into my complaint i need to fill in a form ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.:eek::eek: so i rang them and they told me as they do not keep details over 8 wks i need to fill out a form :mad:.sick and tired of this soddin form , so here i go again back to square one.I am going to cancel anyway as i do not want it in any case it only adds to the bill
