    Just to let you know I have posted form to fos about citi together with a copy of the letter they sent and a couple of statments to show they are still taking payments

    Aviva letter back no refund they are satisfied they have done all right.no mis sell and they are correct in not paying out . the only thing i can do now i think is cancel the policy:(:(

    Oh they are aware that i have contacted the FOS. 3 pages of explaination too much to type in .Is there any point in contacting fos a third time coz i cant see what good they will do seeing as they have already been on to aviva and it has made no difference.Hey ho win sum loose sum
