lol Well good luck on getting somewhere, I really cant get my head around why they get away with it. I had my letter from there complaints team yesterday resolving my complaint, basically just apologising for the service I feel I have received and also a quick note saying they have no timescales. So much for complaining. Im going to send one more letter of complaint with the full story as it stands now and then Im going to go to the ombudsman if I get another response like this. I am not leaving this, I am appalled that they can leave families in such hardship. Im had charges on my bank account and on my mortgage that I have to cover. Probably around £100 in total. Why should I have to cover these costs because of there staff's inability to do there job?
I have a feeling I wont get anywhere but I am not giving up!

I got to the point I phoned up and said I want to speak to a supervisor. I then went on to say I had no money to feed my kids and had been given a different story every time I called up and I needed to know today when I was getting a payment. Within the day it was sorted... Put your foot down with them.

Ive been without money since 25th May, It took untill the 16th june for me to recieve the new forms to fill in, I sent mine back on 17th june recorded delivery, they signed for them on 23rd June and all im being told is that its being processed. I agree its getting ridiculous now thats 7 weeks for me with not a penny and best bit is if they want any other info it will take longer!

did you all have to request a back payment. i rang yesterday and was told it got put on the system on the 1st of july (different to what ive been told for the last fortnight). i sent a letter in with the form asking for a back payment and they say they've lost it but i can request one once the claim is live. will they do it automatically anyway or will i have more waiting in store

I just told them that my joint claim is from the 22nd May the day that my partner moved in, they should be doing this anyway surely but dont believe any of them. Write all names and stories down each time you ring!

Is anyone else having probs getting through today? It took 5 attempts to even get through!
