no only the helpline can send them to you, think its because when you send it back its electronically fed into a machine and theres a unique barcode on the forms you get sent to you.0 -
Called up this afternoon and asked guy to check progress of my joint claim he said ok I will put you on hold then said no its ok it has been finalized today but isnt showing a payment schedule but he says that once it is finalised it usually takes a few days for payments to be generated. Has anyone any experience of this?0

Was there any overpayment of the single claim before the change to the joint claim ? I know after I informed them I got an overpayment bill a couple days later (manage to do that quick enough don't they!) - I'm assuming they will work it out of the backpayment and that will be reduced accordingly.LegalBeagles0
