The childcare has been the same for 18 months! I told you it makes no sense what so ever lol... Iv been through ecwery opportunity and yet when Iv asked them about it on the phone Iv been told they cant discuss amounts with me due to data protection... Its an absolute sham! I cant wait for this claim form to come through my door!Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*

Arrghhhhhh - received a letter this morning saying I havent filled in the form properly in the 'any other income' box. I assume they just couldnt believe I didnt have any other income. I didn't put an X in the income support box as I don't get it (so thats right) and I didnt put it in the last years income box as it says to disregard income support, tax credits and child benefit, and errr thats all I got !.
So frustrating. Phoned and told them anyway and will send this form back as well just to make sure but quite pee'd off.
Also she did say they had a lot of delays at the moment (lol as if we hadnt noticed).LegalBeagles0 -
Good news today on the phone, got a nice lady called 'Michelle' that surprisingly actually knew what she was doing and understood everything!!!
Well firstly my payments had gone up from £65 to £110 pw which must be the change of income I declared on Saturday (either that or there is another bonus to be added on which I wont hold out for) and they promised an extra back pay payment will go into my account on Thursday.
Secondly I explained to the women that I still couldnt get my head round why the figures were miles off what had been estimated in my initial call and off the HMRC calculator on there website. I explained this 30 week period the women on saturday had gone on about and she told me that was utter rubbish. She worked out the childcare payments herself and got exactly the same figure as me. She confirmed she couldnt tell me what figure was on the system but it wasnt as Id stated and so amended that for me. So she said my payments will increase again and Ill get a 3rd award notice through the door and to ignore the first two!
It would be far easier and less problematic if we all went and processed our own application form, it certainly would be easier... Just another thing to add in my long letter of complaint!!!Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*

Ooh poor you, its such a horrible application form. I dont see why they dont ask you the questions on the phone and then send you out a pre filled form you can just sign... It was far easier when we could fill in our form on the website.
Its such an outdated system... Whatever happens just keep pushing them! Otherwise they'd all be sat there drinking tea and biscuits all day!Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*

It will be 8 weeks this friday without a bean! Bearing in mind I phoned nearly every other day, so for people at that stage now keep pushing. I think its been about 4 weeks since they confirmed they received my form. I used to trust everything they worked out and never scrutinised any of the award notices they sent me but Iv learnt hard and fast, never trust them...Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*

I had foned on saturday and got told it was put to an office on 8th july so its just a case of waiting but she said there was no problems flagged as far as she could see and to be aware it could take up to 3 weeks to all go through, I will be calling agaim this week to see if theres any progress at all. My single claim ended on 25th so got told to put a cover letter in with my form to state i wanted it backdated to 25th may, when i asked on saturday she said it would only be backdated to 23rd june they day they rewcieved forms!!!0 -
Thats definatly wrong. They backdated mine to the day my single claim ended, they have to have them match up or the system wont let it go through and the payment will crash! I sent a cover letter in with mine but guess what they lost that!!! My claim ended on the 21st as single and 22nd as joint, however after discussing this a week last thursday with some stupid women she changed the date of my joint claim to the 25th! No idea why as she confirmed the 22nd on the phone. So when the payment went through the system it got rejected.
Told you about getting different stories!!! You should say Im sorry but your wrong I want a second opinion!Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
