Today is 5 weeks 4 days since i called to cancel joint claim and do single one. I received an overpayment letter Mon so i rang them and luckily those ppl aren't as useless as most at the office. She told me a letter would be ther Thu (spot on!!) with a request for more information (5 weeks for a poxy compliance letter - bunch of *****)

I have compiled all the info (plus more as i 100% have nothing to hide and it is gonna cost me about £5 in special delivery (which was advised as it has wage slips and personal info in) BASICALLY they are questioning my self employment and whether i hit the 16hr week threshold. (they ask for breakdown hrs, invoices, proof appts etc) and also proof of childcare and that i am actually paying the OFSTED reg'd ppl - luckily i do my childminder by standing order :) and nursery by cheque :) and my business is genuine and takes up plenty of my time (started Jan and now earning 100 week for 17 hrs - sometime bit more)

I am a little peed that going from joint to single has flagged this compliance issue as surely it should be claim awarded and then compliance?? - why am i feeling penalised for leaving my ex - next time will i bother informing them as i am a 100% genuine and honest person who sometimes thinks it would be easier to just claim income support....... anyway that is another rant

Long story but at least 2-3 more weeks till mine is sorted, 5 weeks 4 days to send a stuffing letter - to someone in desperate need after leaving ex hmmmmmmmmmm lovely really isn't it p STILL gonna be some seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerious backdated money (about 2000 minimu :T so i shall be off shopping to blow it in fantastic fashion seeing as i have lived without it all this time - and only had to borrow 255 from business account so far, plus rent but that will come as i had to rent own house as ex would not leave our joint property)
DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts :) Just to see which month :))))
