I hope we all get ours now. Could it be they fixed their "system"?

I really, really hope so. my earliest claim still witing payment is for a bill I sent to them on the 25th of Jan which is 14 days after glenderg's eventaully successfull claim. If they have fixed their styem then I should get mine fairly quickly, if they are still manually processing at the same rate then I should get it by the first week of May. Of course those are very big ifs. I think it is just as likely that they won't pay up at all.
Is there anyone with cashbacks later than mine? We could see if they are being paid in order of oldest first.0 -
I have one they received ealier than 8 Jan. Original expiry was 30 March, revised 15 April and still unpaid.0

Hi guys
I had to ring them in March to find out where my money had got to as it should have been paid three weeks previously according to their 60 day wait, and according to an email promising me that it would be paid by the 21st March.
I am slightly concerned as I phoned up O2 to find out when the money would be paid and they told me to stop harassing them as ringing three times in one day would not get me paid any sooner. I was confused as I had only just picked up the phone to ring them and the guy told me that he had already spoken to me twice that morning. I was very confused and he told me that I am lying when I said that I had not phoned before and definately not this morning as I was in work, and he told me that he would not have discussed my account with someone other than me, and that I correctly answered all his security questions which concerns me even more. I pointed this out to him and he told me that I was lying, in those exact words and that he had work to do and could not spend the whole day on the phone to me.
Basically I should wait another two weeks and then ring back if nothing happened. I was trying to voice my concerns about the fact that someone else had access to my account but he wouldn't hear of it.
As far as the email from mobileshop goes, they've been sending out the system error email since August last year, which means that they're a very efficient company to be dealing with. Will never make that mistake again!
Unfortunately this is my second phone with them and both phones only lasted three months after purchasing them, the first one was replaced with a phone that had someone else's text messages on them and they refused to replace it unless there was actually something wrong with it. It packed up again three months later and this time is not switching on at all, has all my stuff on it and no way for me to recover it, so was wondering who they're gonna send my phone to with my messages on, so did not return the phone but simply gave it up as a bad job and am using my old phone now. The second phone I bought for my sister has also packed up now and is only four months old, and as she lives in South Africa there's no point in her sending the phone back to me to send back to them, btw both phones are nokias, not sure if it's the phone or the rubbish they sell.

I doubt if o2 can help at all - they will have paid out the commission to mobileshop, and that is the end of it as far as they are concerned.0 -
I've just had an email this afternoon stating payment wil be made this Friday into my bank account - fingers crossed.
My husband has still heard nothing as yet - tough luck on him ;-).
