Filled 5 large black bin bags with shoes, clothes accessories, books videos DVD's etc and they were collected by the British Heart Foundation this morning. I also bought 4 new tops (new to me) from the British Heart Fundation last week. and the whole lot cost less than £20. Victory is indeed mine!Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

My victory is that I have finally done a menu plan, and shopping list for homemade weightwatchers meals
. I have several recipe books that I have been given, I've been going for 10 weeks and can't stand or afford to buy the proper WW meals anymore. This morning I sat down and looked at the recipes, and the best thing is that I can make a lot of recipes without buying anything extra, so I will be doing that yay:D
I need to make my food last as long as possible, I've been a bit careless with my spending for the last couple of months...............................:o
And I'm fed up of eating the same old thing!KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:0 -

Love this thread, my mini-victories are what keep me going at the moment, an awful lot are food related
Here's one - I made a homemade Victoria Sponge for the first time in years - a really lovely OS pleasure.
My victory I've costed it out at £1 - it'll give 12 pieces, compared to my usual shop bought cake which costs 99p and gives 4 servings. So I reckon I'm 3:1 up plus it tastes like gourmet cooking :rotfl:0 -

My victory has to be finding mse and Old style and having the confidence to start posting. I haven't ever seen such a useful and relevant website. I have even been chatting some people in the arms which I would never have thought I could have done. May seem a small victory but for me its very important.
Oh and I have bathed my dog0
