Has anyone had problems with mobiles.co.uk with regard to cashback claims. I am so frustrated with their service. They still owe me two cashback claims from last year and I am getting nowhere. Have emailed, tried to phone (they don't have phones apparently!!!), sent recorded delivery letters. Absolute nightmare.

Their service is so out of order and unprofessional. Has anyone had any success at getting their money?

DO NOT BUY ANY CASHBACK PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND TIME!

Dare I ask for some details about dates for cashbacks, when sent etc.

Easiest way to talk to someone would be to call their sales line - someone will eagerly answer that and then tell them you want to talk to someone about cashback.

Then perhaps ask MJ if he can confirm you have followed the correct procedure with dates etc and put a LBA in if everything is in order

The OP asked if anyone had had problems with mobiles.co.uk I replied yes there was and gave a few threads for the OP to read and also gave advise as to what to do.

What exactly is the problem with that ????
