Dear friends
I live in hounslow and have been thier victim. Their shop is closed and phone line is not recognised. did anyone try contacting police / citizen advice ....
please keep me posted as well
good luck to allHi,
I am sorry to hear and read that a signficant number of customers have been hit by these guys.
I too have been hit.
Orange's fraud department will be contacting me on where to take this. Consumer Direct have advised me to write to Clickmobile to remedy the situation or reply of their proposal within 14 days as they are in breach.
I will be heading over to the Hounslow brach to see what is happening if anything overthere.

Hi All,
I have just registed my case with a Charity (not for Profit organisation) who are now dealing with complaints relating to Click Mobile in excess of 125.
The address is Enough International Ltd.
Unit 1, 1st Floor
Red Lion Court
Alexandra Road,
Hounslow TW3 1 JS
Run by : Bobbie Wasan and Ali Khan.
Tel: 020 8577 7661
They will charge a nominal fee of £10 per your contract with Click Mobile.
Actions are:
- Remove your direct debit from the bank.
- Inform your bank about Click Mobile and the fraud
- They will collate evidence and speak to Police, Experion the Credit Rating Agency, MP's etc.
- Hopefully we will get some sort of refund as Click Mobile Owners (The Crooks) are convicted FRAUDSTERS who the network providers chose to act as their agents.
All - on your way to Enough.0 -

Take care - this organisation is not known at the Charity Commission.
What do they do for your £10? Is there any point sending good money after bad?0 -
I contacted Consumer Direct on 020 8825 6888 and they asked me to contact Clickmobole and the provider Three.
If they do not provide a solution then I company called Otelo might be helpful, their number: 0845 050 1614. I have not tried this number, anyone already spoke with thim, by any chance?
Anyway, I have 2 contracts from Click Mobile Hounslow and the cachback was due 2 weeks ago. I spoke with Three, and they opened 2 cases and asked to wait 4 weeks for a reply. I hope they will give at least a share of the cachback amount back.
I am afraid to cancel the direct debit as many other friends have done, as I want avoid any problems with my credit history.
Anyone else opened cases with three and received any answer yet?0 -
Boombastic and everbody else,
I also noticed their notice on the sidewall of the clickmobile shop. The locals are aware of the person involved in this so called assitance being offered. It's too good to be true. I'd stay if I were you. Advantage is being taken from people being hit by the scandal.0 -
All,
I have posted their telephone number in my earlier reply. Please call to develop your own views. £10 is an admin plus expense fees.
Type Enough International and they have a few articles where they are dealing with immigration and such cases for free.

If it is a charity organisation, the organisation's name cannot be Enough International Ltd. Stay well clear of them!
A charitable organisation do not use "Limited", limited are for a limited company but a charity is not a limited company.
Charities seek donations but what can they as a charitable organisation do with this.
If all the ClickMobile customers each pay £10 to this it will be thousands of £! if not more!
I know we have all lost a lot of money but don't think that this so-called organisation can help you. The only people who can help you will be your solicitor but it will cost you £££££'s and there is no guarantee of success either.0 -
As I posted earlier - this organisation is NOT a registered charity.0

How many of you have cancelled their direct debit with your service provider?0

Thank you the commments and to those who have been providing various contact details on this forum.
I phoned the Consumer Direct on 020 8825 6888. They said that at the moment the company is still active so not much they can do and awaiting further press release from the Trading Standards. She suggested to call Insolvency Service on 0845 6029 848 to register any claim.
Inslvency Service said that since the company is still trading (not in receivership) they can't register any claim but to keep checking with them. They suggested to contact Companies Investigation Branch (CIB) on 020 7596 6100.
I contacted the Companies Investigation Branch. They suggested to go on their website www.insolvency.gov.uk/cib check what they do and not do and accordingly register the claim. I have done so and have received their e-mail confirmation for the action they will take. Suggest to ALL those who are affcted to register your claim as soon as possible.
We need to stand united and take quick action.
Thanks.0
